Our Services are available across Sydney metropolitan areas. Service availability may vary by location, and we reserve the right to refuse service in certain areas.

3. Service Agreement

Quotations and Estimates

All quotations and estimates provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to modify pricing based on the actual scope of work required.

Service Scheduling

Service appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time, but exact timing may vary due to operational requirements.

Emergency Services

Emergency pest control services are available 24/7. Response times may vary based on location and current workload.

4. Payment Terms

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including cash, credit card, bank transfer, and digital payment solutions. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

Late Payment

Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Refunds

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days.

5. Warranties and Limitations

Service Warranty

We provide a satisfaction guarantee on our pest control services. If pests return within the warranty period due to our workmanship, we will return at no additional cost to address the issue.

Limitations

We cannot guarantee complete elimination of all pests in all situations. Success depends on various factors including property conditions, pest type, and client cooperation. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions beyond our control.

Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as expressly stated herein. We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about pest problems and property conditions
  • Ensure technician access to treatment areas
  • Follow post-treatment instructions and recommendations
  • Maintain property hygiene and sanitation
  • Inform us of any allergies, pets, or special circumstances
  • Report any concerns promptly after service completion

7. Safety and Health

Chemical Safety

Our treatments use approved, professional-grade products. However, we recommend taking precautions such as removing pets and children from treatment areas during service and following our safety guidelines.

Health Considerations

Clients with health concerns should consult their healthcare provider before pest control services. We are not medical professionals and cannot provide health advice.

8. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • Client violates these Terms
  • Client engages in abusive or threatening behavior
  • Client fails to pay for services
  • Service cannot be safely provided

9. Limitation of Liability

FreshCo's liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of property, data, or business
  • Damage caused by pests before our service
  • Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, images, and software, is owned by FreshCo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
